RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We aim to facilitate all our clients if they wish to exchange their purchased articles, provided that the purchase was made online in Pakistan:

• Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase from receipt by courier.
• We hope that you love your purchase and are fully satisfied with our product and the shopping experience! If you are unsatisfied or find the items unsuitable for a genuine reason, exchanges will be accepted within 5-7 days after delivery.
• Articles are qualified for change if they are unused, all tags are intact, the packing is in its original condition and the original invoice is present.
• Cash refunds are not obliged under any case
  
• we do not exchange after 5-7 days of purchase
• Articles purchased on a discount or sale cannot be exchanged
